Hi, we’re Laura and Marcos — the people behind Indy House Rentals.

We’ve been building and managing rental properties since 2011, including long-term and short-term rentals across both residential and commercial spaces. Along the way, we also became restauranteurs, owning Che Chori, a local restaurant built around hospitality and community.

Marcos grew up in Argentina, where hospitality is woven into everyday life. Laura is a Midwest native, raised on the belief that being reliable, practical, and welcoming matters. That balance shapes how we host.

Our approach is simple: Lead with heart. Serve with purpose. Treat every guest the way you’d welcome them into your home.

For us, great hosting comes down to a few things done really well: clean, thoughtfully prepared homes; convenient access and practical amenities; prompt, helpful communication — and creating spaces that feel comfortable and easy to settle into. We don’t believe hospitality needs to be complicated. When guests feel cared for, informed, and comfortable, everything else tends to fall into place.
